  I started working out with Matt at Krave Fitness 3 months ago after reading great reviews from other folks who have trained/are training with him. My goal was to build endurance and get strong while maintaining a correct form during exercises. Weight loss was not my main goal but definitely wanted to get lean. After 3 months of twice a week training with Matt, I feel so much more stronger and in much better shape. Clothes fitting better; I look overall so much more fit.
  
  Matt is a fantastic trainer. Very committed and truly cares about his client's health. He pushes me to try harder exercises, lift heavier weights, row/run faster on the machine or jump harder for cardio, while taking my fitness level into consideration. Matt is very pleasant to work with. Keeps the 1 hr session productive without it getting mundane. Exercises change every session. I love the new challenges (workouts) Matt puts forward every session and that helps me with my overall fitness.
  
  I absolutely love working out at Krave Fitness and look forward to my sessions. I highly recommend Matt as a trainer. It is definitely one of the best investments I made towards my overall health and fitness.
